Dominico American School Celebrates Safety Week with Various Talks and Activities

In September, we celebrated Safety Week, an educational event dedicated to fostering responsible habits and caring for the health and well-being of the entire school community. During this week, students participated in a variety of activities and talks designed to raise awareness and strengthen knowledge in key areas of safety and health.

The activities included:

  • Getting to Know the Ambulance, where students learned about medical emergency care.

  • Oral Hygiene Prevention, promoting healthy habits from childhood.

  • Excessive Use of Technology, reflecting on the balance in digital consumption.

  • Road Safety, teaching responsible norms and behaviors on the road.

  • Financial Education, with practical tips for money management.

  • Eating Well and Healthy, promoting balanced nutrition.

  • Sports Talks, encouraging physical activity and integral well-being.

  • Earthquake Emergency Drill, preparing students to act safely in risk situations.

Thanks to these initiatives, students were able to learn in a practical and fun way, strengthening their knowledge about how to take care of themselves and others, and fostering a culture of prevention and responsibility within the school.
